Instructions Steps for a Safe Return

Please follow these directions carefully to ensure the safe return of your items.

Call the VMK Diamonds Return Department at 1800 VMK-7687 for a Return Authorization number. Write this number on  the return sticker at the bottom of your original invoice. Affix this sticker to the outside of your return. 

Securely package the items, preferably in their original packaging. Make sure to enclose the original or a copy of the packing slip, as well as any documentation or certificate. Returns made without the original certificates will be charged a $500 replacement fee. For security purposes, do not mark the box with VMK’s name or logo.

Insure the package for its full value and email us with the tracking number. VMK does not take responsibility for any loss or damage on returns received, or for packages that never arrive.

Please note that different shipping carriers will only provide insurance up to a certain value. Very valuable merchandise will often require special arrangements. Contact VMK’s Returns Department for recommendations on the best way to safely return your package.   

Any return that does not follow the above instructions and conditions will be refused upon receipt.
